Installing Joobsbox PHP on Dreamhost

[edit] Step 1 - log in to Dreamhost Panel
Go to Dreamhost Panel
[edit] Step 2 - go to Goodies > MySQL Databases
You can click here to go there.
[edit] Step 3 - Create the database
Scroll down until you see the "Create a new database" form.
- Insert the database name. Be careful that this must be unique for your server, so to make sure write something like "yourdomain_joobsbox"
- Leave your hostname as it is.
- At "First user" choose "Create a new user now..."
- New username should be something like "joobsbox"
- Choose a password for this username
- Finally click "Add new database now!"
[edit] Step 4 - Actually install Joobsbox PHP
Go to the web address where you installed joobsbox.
Input the site name and the information for the database you just created. Pay special attention to the Database host, since Dreamhost unlike other hosts uses different domains. You should use the one you selected in the previous step from the dropdown list.
The database may not work immediately after creation. Dreamhost sends you an email when it's been created. You can keep trying to go to the next step until Joobsbox manages to connect to the database server.
